The Wine Room at ESTATE is a warm intimate room looking out at the West Patio. There are glass doors that can close to give the room its privacy. With the addition of the West Patio, this is the ultimate area to have a party. Drinks on the porch, dinner inside and invite the rest of your friends for after dinner drinks and dessert.
WEST PATIO at ESTATE
Seats 13 - 80.
Rental Fee: $500.00 for up to 50 guests,
$1000.00 for groups over 50.
Covered by a grape arbor and protected from the sun, the West Patio
is a lovely shady spot to entertain your friends. Surrounded by a wrap-around porch and beautiful gardens, this is a festive spot for your next event. Our staff will be more than glad to work with you
with menu, wine and cocktail options.
EAST PATIO at ESTATE
Seats 13 - 80.
Rental Fee: $500.00 for up to 50 guests, $1000.00 for groups over 50.
A beautiful stone wall and fireplace borders one side of the East Patio
and the lower patio is covered by an arbor. The upper patio sits against the historic building layered with potted plants and a fountain.
ESTATE at ESTATE
Seats up to 100 inside and 160 outside.
Buyout Fee: $10,000.00 for Friday - Sunday,
$8,000.00 for Monday - Thursday.
