ESTATE/Sonoma Hospitality Management, LLC, is proud of our strong ties to the communities. And we are committed to giving back in any way we can. As such, we're eager to help out the local and regional charities that make life better throughout Sonoma County and beyond – by offering our services, gift cards, events and more.

If you'd like to request our support, please complete the form below for prompt consideration by ESTATE/Sonoma Hospitality Management, LLC marketing department. This is the most direct and efficient way to reach us, as restaurant personnel is unable to consider requests at our individual locations. If your donation request is accepted, we will respond personally within 10 business days. Please submit a completed Donation Request Form AND a letter on the requesting organization’s letterhead stating the purpose for the donation (Statement of Purpose). Completed Donation Request Form along with Statement of Purpose must be submitted a minimum of four weeks prior to the event date.
